Justin "Legacy" Bishop is a manager & tour manager in the music industry for artists Marc E. Bassy, Kovu & more. He is also the co-founder of Slough Fest, which is an award-winning music festival at Augustana College. Over the years they've booked acts like Vic Mensa, Bryce Vine, and Quinn XCII.
